I went in to the store for a baby book for our sweet little one on the way. Like always, I told myself I was just going to get that one thing, then maybe browse a little and not buy anything else.
I couldn’t resist. I got a baby book… and then Little Green Frog, and then Little Blue Boat just jumped into my arms.
Little Blue Boat (and it’s pal Little Green Frog) both have thick, easy-to-open flaps. Perfect for adorable little fingers to grab.
Rhyme, and thick, grabbable (ack! For today, let’s consider that a real word), flaps tell the tale of an adventurous boat. With help from beautiful illustrations, little ones will get to see all of the boat’s ocean friends while it floats with the tide and sets sail. Seagulls, a seal, a dolphin and funny otters play by the boat, and you’ll be taken under the sea to a lobster, an octopus, and then back up to see two happy blue whales.
There are more animals to discover around the Little Blue Boat with your little one– who may be 6 months old, or someone who needs a quick story because they’re a can’t-sit-gotta-run 2 year old. 🙂
